Craig Mataczynski (Chairman of the Board)

Craig has over 24 years of experience in utility and energy company management. He is the former president and CEO of NRG Energy's North American Business unit (which had 2001 revenues of $4.5 billion) and has been involved in the start-up of three successful businesses.

Prior to working at NRG, he held a variety of positions at Northern States Power Company (Minneapolis, Minnesota) including director of corporate strategy and development.

Craig received a BS in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Wisconsin in May 1982 and an MBA from the University of Minnesota in June 1986 and attended the Harvard Advanced Management Program (International Strategic Managers Program) during the fall of 1997.

Craig Norman (President)

Craig brings more than 16 years of executive leadership for technology companies to the Ecologic Analytics team. Throughout his executive leadership experience, Craig has honed the craft of building teams, setting direction and achieving results.

Prior to joining Ecologic Analytics, Craig served in a number of executive officer roles, including chief operating officer and executive vice president for netASPx. At netASPx, Craig worked directly with functional technical teams to institute and deliver industry best practices for application management and information technology services. He also served as a point of escalation for netASPx customers going through complex implementations, interacting with executive sponsors.

Craig also served in executive positions, including president and vice president of administration for Network Computing Services, Inc. At NCS, Craig worked directly with executives of Fortune 50 petroleum companies, manufacturers, financial institutions and the United States Department of Defense in delivering scientific computing services.

From 1982 to 1991, Craig was a practicing attorney. He focused on general corporate matters, financing and commercial real estate.

Craig is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School and a summa cum laude graduate of Bemidji State University.

David Hubbard (Co-Founder, Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer)

Dave is a co-founder, executive vice president and chief technology officer for Ecologic Analytics. He is responsible for technology, system architecture, design and development of the Ecologic Meter Data Management System.

Prior to establishing Ecologic Analytics, Dave worked as a meter engineer at Xcel Energy (Minneapolis, Minnesota). He was responsible for meter OEM product evaluations; joint testing with OEM and AMI providers; developing applications using XML, Java, and WAPI technologies; and supporting the Information Technology department in development of core metering systems. He was also responsible for engineering support; meter shop automation; meter shop testing; and installation automation, sub-station, and transmission metering.

Dave's background in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis in Power Systems has allowed him to be an active contributor to various utility metering initiatives. He has a deep knowledge of the metering and energy delivery business. Dave has evaluated multiple AMI solutions and worked with utilities to deploy them and integrate them with current business processes and information systems.

Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from North Dakota State University, Fargo, North Dakota.

Kristine Beck (Co-Founder, Executive Vice President and Chief Services Officer)

Kristine is a co-founder, executive vice president and chief services officer for Ecologic Analytics. She is responsible for customer support and professional services related to the Ecologic Meter Data Management System.

Prior to establishing Ecologic Analytics, she was a consultant at Xcel Energy (Minneapolis, Minnesota) in the Information Technology department where she was the lead analyst and programmer for the gas and electric meter inventory management and tracking system. During her tenure with Xcel Energy, Kristine coordinated the integration of the internal meter systems with Schlumberger-Cellnet's (now Landis + Gyr) RF AMR system as part of a 1.1 million end-point AMR project.

Kris has over 19 years of information technology experience with over 14 of those years in the utility industry. Her business experience includes over nine years of software systems engineering in a large electric utility, including the design and development of integrated advanced metering systems. She has been actively involved in several advanced metering initiatives with various utilities.

Kristine holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Computer Science and Chemistry from Saint Mary's University, Winona, Minnesota.

John Galloway (Executive Vice President, Sales and Marketing)

John has more than 18 years of IT leadership experience. John brings a proven track record of leading people, building customer confidence and selling multi-million dollar technology deals.

Prior to joining Ecologic Analytics, he spent 13 years in two stints with EDS. In his most recent post with EDS, John was responsible for developing new accounts for the U.S. energy and utility division, building the sales pipeline to over $150 million in less than a year. In between periods at EDS, John held leadership positions at Level 3 Communications, where he developed an application service provider business strategy and led sales activities bringing in more than $30 million in annual revenues.

John holds a BS degree in Computer Information Systems from Ferris State University, Big Rapids, Michigan.
