Ecologic Analytics Discount at Holiday Inn

If you are visiting Ecologic Analytics from out of town and stay at the Holiday Inn Select adjacent to our office, be sure to request the Ecologic Analytics corporate discount rate. If you have questions, please call our office at 952-843-6000 and press "0".

Light Rail Transit Stop

The light rail transit stop for the Ecologic Analytics office is two blocks away, at the Bloomington Central Station on the Hiawatha Line (Route 55). The Hiawatha Line also stops at both airport terminals. (For details, compare the map for the Bloomington Central Station to the diagram shown below. The ground floor entrance to Two Appletree Square is on the east side of the building.)

Important Detailed Parking Directions When Driving to Ecologic Analytics

Use one of the map links above for directions to the 34th Avenue exit from either I-494 or MN Highway 5 West.

(If you are coming from the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport, take the ramp onto MN-5 West as you leave the terminal. Then be sure to take the right-hand "I-494 East/34th Avenue/Humphrey Terminal exit" from MN Highway 5 West, and stay to the right for the 34th Avenue exit. Mapquest bypasses the 34th Avenue exit from MN Highway 5 West entirely, and Google Maps' directions mislabel it as the "MN-5 W ramp to Bloomington [I-494]".)

Then follow the directions below for parking, referring to the diagram shown below.

After exiting at 34th Avenue from either I-494 or MN Highway 5-West, go south one block to the first stoplight at American Boulevard, and turn left (east) on American Boulevard, crossing the light rail line. Move immediately to the right lane, go about 100 yards past the right-hand (south) Holiday Inn Select entrance to the next right-hand turn opportunity, and turn right into the parking area. (There is a small sign indicating "Office Building Parking.")

Parking Rules for Visitors

Upon entering the parking area, do not enter either the parking ramp on the right or the Holiday Inn Select surface lot on the left. Instead, continue straight ahead past the ramp, following the small sign indicating parking for "Two Appletree Square."

Lower-Level Surface Parking Lot on South Side of Ramp

A short, half-block road takes you down a hill to an outside surface parking lot and lower-level entrance to the parking ramp.

As a visitor, you may park anywhere in the outside surface parking lot. (If you will be here less than an hour, you may use one of the "visitor" parking spots near the outside metal stairs on the east side of the lot.) If the surface lot is full, you may park in the lowest level of the ramp in any of the parking stalls that are painted red; these are along the east and west sides of the lowest ramp level only.

Note: If you park in the ramp in a parking stall that is NOT painted red, your car may be towed.

Tunnel to Our Office

Take the outside carpeted metal staircase on the west side of the surface parking lot up one level and enter the double glass doors marked "TWO APPLETREE SQUARE." (You may also use the parking ramp elevators to go up one level--to level B--but you will need to go back out to the parking ramp, turn right, and walk outside to find the "TWO APPLETREE SQUARE" doors.)

Proceed straight down the long inter-building tunnel, past the entrance to the Riverview Office Tower. You will see another "TWO APPLETREE SQUARE" sign ahead of you when you get to the glass-covered atrium. Go to the elevators at the end of the hall. Take the elevator (or stairs) up three levels to the 2nd floor and go to Suite 205 on the north end of the building (turn left as you exit the elevator).
